The Hydro-Force Kahawai SUP Set is a premium 15cm thick inflatable stand up paddle board that’s perfect for touring and river riding.

Travel the waterways wherever your adventure takes you with the Hydro-Force Kahawai stand up paddle board (SUP). This board measures in at 3.10m / 10′ 2″ with a premium 15cm thickness for increased buoyancy and improved shape retention. It’s a great board for touring – the shape and thickness lend themselves to a stable ride with space for you and some essential gear and there are some additional features that make this board great for river riding too. The board’s stability also lends itself to making a great board for beginners trying to find their feet and perfect their balance.

The SUP is made from renowned TriTech™ material, a polyester mesh reinforced double layer PVC material. This is coupled with the extremely rigid Drop Stich™ Material that combines rigidity with lightness via a network of polyester threads. The result is a rigid, tough and lightweight board that can comfortably support a rider of up to 140kg.

On the deck you’ll find a large traction pad that provides plenty of non-slip space for you as you ride, helping you to stay balanced even when the deck is wet. The kickboard helps to increase the manoeuvrability of the board which is great for making sharp, sudden turns when you’re paddling through the choppier waters of a river. Also on deck you will find an elasticated cord storage area for securing essential cargo such as sunscreen and water bottles.

Under the board you will find 3 PVC fins that provide directional stability and manoeuvrability when you’re out on the water. You will also find two additional long, thin rubber fins that provide greater directional stability on rivers and moving water with strong undertows.

The Hydro-Force Kahawai is supplied with an ultra-lightweight height adjustable 3 piece aluminium paddle that you can set up to suit your unique paddling style preference. A surf leash and repair kit are also included too.

Getting the SUP water ready is easy – simply inflate the board with the included hand pump and you’ll be ready to hit the water in about 10-12 minutes. Carrying the board and dragging it from the water is easy thanks to the multiple on deck grab handles.

When you’re done, deflate the Hydro-force Kahawai SUP and pack it away in the compact travel bag provided to make transport and storage easy.
