Online Orders and Payments

We welcome your online orders.

We have a secure site, and you can choose to use either Payfast or Yoco as our payment gateway.

Not all products can be paid for immediately. This is because we like to confirm stock availability on certain items. In addition, due to the technical nature of some of our products, we like to ensure that your order makes “sense”.

In this case, upon checkout your order will be emailed to us. We will check through your order as soon as possible and ensure the item is in stock. Once your order is finalized, we will then email you the final invoice which contains our banking details so that you can then make payment via bank EFT transfer or you can request for us to send you a payment link using either of the two payment gateways mentioned above. Please always check your email junk folder. We will arrange the courier collection for shipment of your products as soon as we have received proof of payment from you.

We pride ourselves on giving our customers the best professional advice in the industry, this includes all customers, whether online or in-store.

All orders are treated with urgency; During office hours your order will be attended to during the day the order was placed. Outside of office hours we aim to process your order within 24 hours of having received it, usually much much faster.

Delivery Options

Your orders can either be picked up in-store, or we can have them couriered to you. Delivery is FREE on all orders over R2000-00 within South Africa. Free delivery does not apply to products that are on Sale.

Orders received and paid for before 09:00am will be dispatched on the same day, all other order received later will be dispatched later in the same day if still possible or the following morning. The usual delivery time for most main centers in South Africa is within 3 business days. Outlying areas take a bit longer, delivery is usually 3-5 business days. If you need your items in a hurry, please contact us for speedier options.

We typically use either The Courier Guy or Freight Innovations for our deliveries as they are reliable and can provide accurate tracking on all of their parcels.

We can also arrange deliveries to the following African countries: Angola, Botswana, DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, amongst others.

Warranty, Returns and Refunds Policy

What Does This Warranty Cover?

Watersports Warehouse and the product manufacturer warrants all products to be free of defects at the time of shipping. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties.

Warranty

If the product contains a defect in materials or workmanship, the manufacturer or its official distributing agent will repair or replace any defective part, or, at the manufacturers option, replace the entire product at no charge. Should the manufacturer or its official distributing agent determine that the product does not meet the warranty requirements, we will notify you of the cost to repair, if applicable, or if the product cannot be repaired. You will be given the option to repair the product (if repairable) at the quoted cost, and we will have the product repaired and returned to you. Return shipping charges are for your expense. If you decide not to have the product repaired, or if the product cannot be repaired, you can request for the product to be returned.

What Does the Warranty Not Cover?

Damage, failure or malfunction of the product caused by: (1) normal wear and tear, including, but not limited to scratches, nicks and fading from normal use; (2) commercial use (including Airbnb/rental properties, summer camps, demonstration, tube rentals or instructional purposes); (3) abuse or misuse, including, but not limited to use of the product contrary to written instructions, collisions with objects, use of rails or sliders, dragging the product across ground, docks or other abrasive surfaces; (4) improper storage or use, leading to scratches, nicks, fractures or other deformation, or discoloration from sunlight; (5) modification or alteration of the product; (6) use of the product with accessories or parts not sold by the manufacturer for use with the said product; (7) tow rope handle striking product; (8) incidental and consequential damages.

Return Policy

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund within 7 days from having received your order, on condition that the goods are returned in their original packaging, unused and along with all of the original contents. Delivery fees will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods will be for your account.

Prior to returning faulty or unwanted products please contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary details to effect the return to us. Please ensure that you have your Invoice or copy of the purchase available to be returned with the product.
