Description

The new SK99 lines offer increased durability and greater resistance to abrasion and elongation. Thanks to these new lines, the performances and connection with the kite are greatly enhanced, and the bar feedbacks more direct and precise. The LINX BAR is our control system, a dual adjustable length bar that comes in two sizes (38/45cm and 45/52cm). It perfectly blends lower weight and simplicity with excellent comfort and function.

F-One Linx Kite Bar and Lines Features:

• NEW SK99 Lines: The brand new SK99 lines are made from the strongest available Dyneema fibers available on the market. They offer increased durability and greater resistance to abrasion and elongation. Thanks to these new lines, the performances and connection with the kite are greatly enhanced, and the bar feedback is more direct and precise.
• NEW Pigtail system: new removable pigtail system allows for easier line extensions addition, and for improved reparability.
• Dual Length: Easy to adjust the kite bar length by simply pulling out the tags and rotating.
• Depower sheath to increase durability: The lifeline is now placed into a new rectangular depower sheath for more durability. This new feature prevents the centerline from rubbing against the aluminum tube and will not rub against the user’s fingers.
• Automatic lifeline swivel: The new minimalist below the bar lifeline swivel is now made of a plastic stud and a stainless steel ring on which you hang the leash. It rotates easily and automatically untwists your lifeline.
• 4 Lines Hub: Allows the Life Line to be connected to a single front line.
• V Splitter: Aluminum V Splitter for longer lasting lines. New adjustable V-split system (low V, high V, high V+).

The bar itself is small in diameter with a comfortable grip, which is forgiving on the hands. The grip has a rubbery feel with a fine texture. It feels firm underneath and a bit cushier on the top where your fingers wrap around the bar. The integrated floats at the bar ends house the mechanism to adjust the size of your bar. Simply pull down the tag under the bar, rotate the insert and your bar size is changed. You will also have the possibility to adjust your back lines length

The LINX bar offers the option to switch between a low and high V (high V for the BANDIT/BANDIT S/BULLIT/BREEZE V1/TRUST and low V for the TRIGGER/BREEZE V2 & V3/FURTIVE/ONE). An additional float is placed above the depower system; this is to maintain positive buoyancy if you become disconnected from your kite bar. The bar’s color-coding is very clear, with orange on the left and dark blue on the right.
